Checking out this new noodles place that offers a variety of Taiwanese snacks and noodles, opted one of their signature noodles- Braised beef noodle, generally speaking, the broth was pretty rich, intense with a hint of spicy flavor too and the texture of the beef was incredibly tender too !!
