氣溫驟降只有12度,凍冰冰突然想食煲仔飯,於是跟好友即興組隊食久違的煲仔飯,我印象中有3年沒有食。7時多已見排隊人龍誇張得看不到龍頭,然後打算轉到隔離的興記,不過都是多人,朋友說較推介四季,所以只有等等 入座坐約10分鐘已有煲仔飯及蠔餅一同上檯,時間夾得剛剛好 臘腸滑雞飯: 飯未夠乾身,可以焗多一會兒更好。臘腸肥瘦適中, 而雞的確幾滑。 鳳爪排骨飯: 好喜歡食鳳爪, 不過只得一隻, 而排骨都算入味。 鴨蛋炸蠔餅: 炸粉薄夠香脆, 相對地蠔份量好少, 不過的確要將價就貨, 點辣醬更惹味 四季在煲仔飯之中算出名, 不過當日我食味道一般未夠出色, 而朋友說水準比之前差了, 我應該未必會再去, 勝在價錢取勝。 坐在室內較溫暖, 食煲仔飯總是欠一點感覺, 如可以在室外食著暖暖煲仔飯感覺又會不同 #2018聖誕

呢間四季煲仔飯,真係名過於實,以為有咁多人排隊等吃,一定咁非常美味啦,點知中咗伏 😓。 專登等到九點幾,沒有那麼繁忙和不用排隊先去。叫咗北菇滑雞飯,鹹魚肉餅飯和臘味飯。當店員打開煲蓋後,第一眼望到已經覺得唔對路,因為啲飯比較濕,完全沒粒粒分明和飯底焦黃香脆的效果。真係嗅不出煲仔飯香,和普通電飯煲啲飯既質地一模一樣,非常失望。 鹹蛋芥菜湯非常之鹹,難以入口,腐乳通菜正常。唯一比較好食就鴨蛋蠔餅,但基於健康狀況,叫咗細份來吃,炸粉唔多,蠔隻份量適中。 最後要講一下店員的服務態度,唔係因為要收工關店或趕著比張枱下一批食客,他們好似想趕客,未食完已經趕著收碗碟,動作非常粗魯,一定唔會再幫襯。 #10月活動B

One of the most famous clay pot rice restaurants in Hong Kong, there's always a long line especially winter. It is popular not only among locals but also tourists. I recommend also the deep fried oysters 蠔餅 for oysters fans. It is an evil dish but the crispness is satisfying. For the clay pot rice, I don't need to say much it is just above average. Make sure the rice stays longer and don't mix the bottom so you can eat quality crispy rice afterwards. No reservations so get here as early as possible would be a better chance to wait less.
