We attended Benjarong's brunch last Saturday. The soft beverages cost 240 QR (369 QR with the house beverage package). The food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients, and all dishes were made fresh and served hot. Their menu offers several options for vegetarian fans (see the picture of the menu below). We started with "Tum Polamai Kung Grob," a Thai savory fruit salad with crispy prawn. The sweet and sour tamarind dressing was delightful, refreshing, and really stimulated our appetites. Next, we tried the "Tofu and Eggplant Salad," which had multiple dimensions in texture and flavor. The crispy fried tofu contrasted nicely with the soft grilled eggplant, while the crunchy shallots and vegetables in the tangy and spicy Thai salad dressing made this dish very impressive (both healthy and tasty). The "Chicken Satay" featured tender, juicy chicken that had been well-marinated. The "Crispy Corn Cake" was perfectly fried—hot and crispy without being greasy. This dish served as a great snack with beers and wines. The "Laab Gai," a minced chicken salad, and the "Tom Yum Chicken," a spicy chicken clear soup, were both delicious and authentic. We ordered the "Chicken Red Curry with Coconut Tip" three portions because it was so delicious. The coconut tip (which some people call palm heart and is rarely found fresh in Doha) combined with tender chicken in aromatic curry paste and creamy coconut milk was fantastic. It paired well with "Pad Sen Mee," stir-fried rice vermicelli with eggs. We also enjoyed "Tofu Sam Ros," tofu in a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce. The tofu was freshly fried, crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The "Pad Phak," stir-fried vegetables with garlic and sauce, had a lovely aromatic wok fragrance. Finally, the "Pla Neung Manow," steamed fish in spicy sauce, was made with fresh fish and a balanced sauce of spicy, sour, sweet, and salty flavors, enriched with aromatic Thai herbs. From the moment we arrived, all staff welcomed us with smiles. Throughout the meal, service was fantastic, embodying Thai hospitality. They even customized food for my baby and took excellent care of us until we left.
