La villa is listed as one of the best restaurant in Saigon in numerous blogs, so we decided to check it out even though it's quite far from the city centre. We were impressed as soon as we entered the villa, we were brought through a colourful garden then to our table which was inside a mansion. There were some hit and miss with the food combinations, but the platings were gorgeous for every dish. Another point to note is that more training is needed for the staff in terms of service.. It was a good fine dining experience overall but it wasn't quite the Michelin-level experience as advertised
