An interesting concept where each chef from the group designed a meatball dish using different meats, all put together in one menu. My favourite is the Meatsballs designed by Chef Paddy from Meats (rotisserie chicken, blue cheese & jalapeño relish) and second favourite, Bolas Latinas (pork balls with BBQ sauce) by Chef Arturo from Tokyolima
