Ho Lee Fook cooks with quality ingredients including Japanese like Shima Aji, Yuzu Kosho, Wagyu and more.

My Japanese friend, who is the owner chef in an innovative restaurant in Japan told me this place.

All dishes I ordered were delicious and understandable.

I ordered below;)

・Shima Aji, sorrel, horseradish, snowpeas, Yuzu Kosho dreesing--HKD168

・Salad of French beans, pickled lotus root, vegetarian XO sauce, five-spics sesame vinaigrette--HKD88

・Jack's salt and pepper grouper with silken tofu and lemon--HKD188

・Hongkong style french toast, peanut butter, searved with maple syrup or condensed milk--HKD30

I definitely go again.
