Enjoying a bit of sunshine during last weekend - finally tried this lemon tart which I always wanted to have it for ages 🤦🏻♀️ , love the smooth , creamy texture of the lemon curd yet the tangy flavour is a bit weak though and the tart shell isn't crunchy enough !
