The highlight was the captivating traditional Thai dance performance. The evening featured a delectable set menu and lavish buffets, including a Papaya salad station, dumpling-style noodle soup, a Thai traditional lollipop ice-cream station, and assorted Thai desserts. Despite the seeming extravagance, the set menu was affordably priced at just 165 qr. Saffron also offered a happy hour menu and a beverage package for an enhanced experience at 125 qr. All culinary delights at Saffron's Siam brunch showcase authentic Thai flavors, using top-notch ingredients imported from Thailand. The chef's mastery of flavors surpassed expectations, leaving an indelible mark on our palates. 🇹🇭🇹🇭 [อ่านรีวิวภาษาไทยด้านล่างค่ะ]🇹🇭🇹🇭 After falling in love with Saffron's Pinto night (held every Tuesday) at the Banyan Tree Hotel, we decided to try the Siam brunch, which is priced at only 225qr, plus an all-you-can-drink promotion for an additional 110qr (menu in the picture or open the link below). It is truly a worthwhile brunch experience. Apart from the breathtaking view, the atmosphere exudes luxury, the service is top-notch, and the food boasts delicious and authentic Thai flavors. The use of high-quality ingredients further adds to the overall excellence of this hotel. The brunch offers a set menu along with separate buffet lines. We were so full that we could barely make it back home. It was impossible to sample everything, but the pictures can better illustrate the story. Among the numerous dishes available, there are some standout items that you simply cannot miss, as they are rare finds in Qatar: - Fresh homemade big flat rice noodles and egg noodles: These noodles are made in-house and taste just as delicious as those in Thailand! They are particularly hard to come by in Qatar. - Melt-in-your-mouth braised beef noodles: The braised beef is incredibly tasty, with a juicy and tender texture that simply melts in your mouth. The soup is highly fragrant and rich in flavor. - "Chor muang Phuang Chomphu": This beautiful dish features a bouquet of purple flower-shaped dumplings, representing a rare and delicate royal Thai delicacy. The filling, similar to sago and pork, is pleated with great care, resulting in beautiful colors and a mellow taste. The dough is soft and easy to eat. - Egg yolk & coconut ice cream: Indulge in the delightful combination of fragrant coconut milk and rich, flavorful egg yolk in this delicious ice cream. Also this ice cream good to enjoy with their mango sticky rice too! - Pad Thai made from fresh rice noodles: The soft and chewy noodles perfectly absorb the harmonious Pad Thai sauce, creating a truly delectable dish. All the food at Saffron's Siam brunch boasts an authentic Thai taste, reminiscent of royal Thai cuisine. The dishes are made using high-quality ingredients that are fresh and imported from Thailand, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The chef has an excellent palate, and the service staff left us thoroughly impressed.
