After enjoying a delightful seafood night at IKA South American in Aleph Doha Residences, I decided to indulge in their Friday brunch last weekend. The brunch package prices were QR 249 for the all-you-can-eat feast with soft beverages and QR 369 with house beverages.( Buy one get one free on Entertainer, Urban point and my book) IKA never fails to amaze me with their culinary creations. Every dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The presentation was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. The vibrant atmosphere and full house of guests added to the overall experience, making it essential to make a reservation in advance. I started off with the 🥑 🥑 Guagamole V Sesame 🥑 🥑 , which pleased my taste buds with its rich avocado flavor, refreshing touch of pomegranate, and aromatic sesame notes. The accompanying crispy tortilla chips were the perfect match. 🐟🐟The Fish Tiradito🐟🐟 was a true symphony of flavors. The combination of fresh white fish, creamy avocado, sweet potatoes, crispy South American corn chips, and crispy fried squid created a delightful and light indulgence that left me wanting more. 🍘🍙The Spicy Tuna Rolls🍘🍙 took me on a tantalizing adventure. Freshly fried potatoes topped with a delectable sauce and cheese made for a mouthwatering combination that was hard to resist, even though they filled me up quickly. And then the guilty part came... As the feast reached its end, a mesmerizing display of beautifully presented 🍨🎂🍰desserts🍰🧁🎂 awaited me. The harmonious combination of desserts and ice cream was not only a treat for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes. The irresistible allure of these mouthwatering desserts made it impossible for me to resist indulging, despite knowing I might feel guilty later. Overall, my experience at IKA South American's Friday brunch was exceptional. The mouthwatering dishes, impeccable service, and lively atmosphere made it a memorable culinary adventure.
