N1 Coffee & Co., Tsim Sha Tsui

Revisit N1 Coffee & Co. for a brunch in Tsim Sha Tsui again. Besides the spaghetti, their Scone and Cucumber Cold Brew makes me a surprise. Photo shot @ 14 Aug 2020.

Mocha $40 咖啡杯也跟門口門框合襯，拉花簡單但一步到位，而咖啡、朱古力兩者相當平衡，咖啡也頗滑。 Apple & Egg Salad 沙律只有2款，這個蘋果算清甜，不過有蛋不太夾，沙律菜尚算新鮮。 All Day Breakfast $65 價錢經濟，相對地份量也較少，炒蛋嫩滑，配多士食不錯，而茄汁豆比一般較細粒，不是稔身，就算我不愛食也可接受。 整體食物質素未是最好，但勝在裝潢設計頗有特色，擺設品也細緻，如餐廳可增加更多食物款式就更好。 #2018聖誕
