There's now a Dalloyau cafe at Pacific Place! I've always loved their opera cake, but I'm not too sure about this one - layers of almond sponge, truffle syrup vanilla buttercream with dark chocolate glaze. I love the truffle aroma, but the sponge was dry and the buttercream was very dense
