New kids on the block - A new cafe has recently opened in Wanchai which offers selected choices of brunches and tapas, last, but not the least, wouldn't leave here without having one cup of their signature coffees 😌. Opted myself with a plate of "lobster Benedict with salty egg hollandaise", consisted of Boston lobster, beer bread, poached egg, kale and salted egg. Generally speaking, the texture of lobster meat was pretty fresh and bouncy, the beer bread was soft, moist on the inside with a chewy texture on the outside, topped with the gooey poached egg and tossed with a intense flavor of salty egg hollandaise sauce to finish off.
Also, when ordering milk coffee, you have a choice of selecting the coffee blend of fruity or choco, tried both blends and thought the fruity blend tasted a bit subtle and the choco blend was a bit too milky.
