Another Ramen restaurant originated from Japan, managed by two Champion Ramen Chef, extended their overseas branch in Central. Their signature Shoyu Ramen broth is made of 9 soy sauces. The taste is a bit complicated but tasty. The Tonkotsu Ramen broth is quite rich, but a bit salty. Photo shot @ 24 Mar 2019.
