🇧🇯Cotonou, Benin🇧🇯 This is a restaurant where you can eat local Beninese food. Here I had my first taste of "Yampillet," the sole food of Benin. "Yampillet" is a dish made by steaming yams and is similar to rice for the Japanese. The soup was very tasty, with a sweet and rich flavor based on peanuts. It was a dish that I had never had before, but it tasted familiar and delicious! This restaurant has been featured on Netflix as a representative of Benin cuisine and is said to be famous. It was the first African and Benin food I've had in my life! ここはベナンのローカル料理を食べられるお店。ここで初めてベナンのソールフードである"イニャンピレ"を食べた。 "イニャンピレ"はヤム芋を蒸して作った料理で、日本人にとってのお米のような存在。 スープはピーナッツをベースにした甘味とコクのある味でとても美味しい。 食べたことのない不思議な料理でしたが、親しみのある味で美味しかった！ こちらのお店はNetflixでベナン料理の代表として取り上げられたこともあり、有名とのこと。 人生で初のアフリカン料理、そしてベナン料理でした！！
