朋友升職加薪,邀請我一齊食晚飯慶祝,我哋好耐冇食過生蠔,所以揀咗位於尖沙咀嘅蠔灣,一於就食蠔啲😄😄😄 . 店員推介左6款蠔:South Africa Rock, chile Montt L, lambert N2, fine de claire, majestic, pousse en claire, 呢個蠔set好新鮮,我哋由淡味食到濃味,每款生蠔都各有特色,食到層次感,有啲比較爽口,有啲口感較creamy,肉質肥美充滿海水味,好快就比我地清晒😃 . 當中嘅龍蝦刺身都好推介,晶瑩剔透,口感爽口,味道唔太重味,但好鮮甜💖💖 . 北海道赤貝好彈牙,仲有大大隻既活北寄貝,顏色光澤,都幾爽口架😆😆 . 巴馬火腿卷多士,呢個多士味道好豐富,咸香既巴馬火腿包住鮮嫩既帶子,再加埋脆脆地嘅多士,都係一個唔錯嘅配搭👍🏻🤤 . 食咗龍蝦刺身,當然要試埋龍蝦湯,未食就聞到好大龍蝦香味,龍蝦湯味道濃郁,真材實料,應該用咗好多龍蝦黎炮製,仲有龍蝦肉食💛 . 龍蝦意粉炒得乾身柔軟,唔油膩,龍蝦份量都好多,好滿足呀😍😍
