祥勝茶餐廳 in Tai Hang may be not as famous as 順興茶餐廳's Omelette Rice, but for locals living nearby this place is also their to go place for Pork Chops. The Menu can be confusing as there are many Pork Chop options ranging from fried to grilled, with various sauces. Most regulars just yell out Mixed Rice (百搭飯) and you receive the Signature Grilled Porkchop with special sauce, Fried Egg, Sausage and Luncheon Meat with a bit of Veg.
