Everybody knows that Brass Spoon have the best pho in Hong Kong. But this time I want to talk about their steamed rolls. The paper thin rice crepe and the perfect amount of fillings are the two things that stand out from their steamed rolls. I also tried their off the menu sugar cane prawns and I have to say they were really tasty too!
