It was my first time to dine in this restaurant but tbh I was kind disappointed with the environment and service there.

When making the reservation, my frd requested for the VIP room. Yet, since there were only 8 of us which we did not meet the requirement of having 12 ppls. Anyways, the waitress promised that she would offer us a ‘quiet’ place. However, it turned out that we were seated in a ‘noisy’ place where there was a speaker on top of us. The songs that were broadcast were not some light music but some noisy one.

Secondly, they offered us a long table where was placed at the corner. 3 of us were sitting near the wall of the room. Whenever the staff needs to serve the middle one, they needed one of us, who was actually me to move my seat in order to let them in to serve or collect the plate from my frd. I had been asked for this flavor for more than 8 times throughout the whole meal.😑

What’s more! We guess there was an open area outside which is for smokers to ‘breath’. Therefore, we could smell the cigarette from outside. Can you imagine it would ever happened in a fine dining restaurant like Whisk?!

Though the food was nice and the seaweed butter was super delicious, I don’t think I will pay a visit there ever again.
