Todays time is a bit tight, I got lots of things to do, want to have simple but delicious dinner. so I just go to le salon de the Joel robuchon to grab some sandwich for quick dinner. This beef sandwich is rather massive! Roughly guess it might have around 120gram of Beef!
After I reheat it in oven, the baguette bread is so crispy and nice! The beef is really tender and moist, and it is so juicy too! It got strong taste of beef , but remaining soft in texture. It goes perfectly with the crispy bacon, creamy avocado , cherry tomato and pickles ! I could not imagine beef matches so well with avocado! What a heavenly taste beef sandwiches! I would definitely come back again for more! That’s so good! The one and only one drawback is .. it is a bit expensive, costing $105 for a takeaway sandwich.
