Amazing 5-course lunch prepared by visiting Chef Christian Bau! I was totally impressed with Chef Bau’s creations as every single dish was nice and delicious! My favourite dish was the amberjack sashimi with cucumber, oyster and jalapeño. The raw fish, the molecularised oyster and the sauce combined to form an amazingly refreshing dish! 😋😋😋
