Kelvin Ho

The only Ramen import shop which does a Yokohama style 家系 ramen properly in Hong Kong - the micro details here are not to be missed. There's definite rules about how a 家系ラーメン makes it unique, ranging from the Soya-Tonkotsu soup, to the Quail Eggs, Noodles used, Spinach, taste profile, presentation, etc. Actually the quality here fluctuates slightly since it's opening but nowadays it's pretty stable. The surprise is that their Chicken Stock Paitan Ramen is actually even better nowadays, but little well known next to new comers like Zagin Soba.

Don't miss the Gyoza's here which are one of the best in HK.
