Vegan mushroom pancake stack! I wouldn't be able to tell that this is a vegan pancake if I didn't know in advance. Love the rich and creamy mushroom sauce, and the soy floss felt just like pork floss, how?!! There were 7 thin layers of pancakes and enough mushroom sauce to cover the pancake with every bite.
Vegan, gluten free black bean spaghetti with local mushrooms. The texture of this spaghetti was very refreshing, its thin and light yet slightly chewy. The truffle taste wasn't detectable however. This place is now go-to place for healthy bites!
