Throwback to my birthday meal at Le Pan from last year! Service was excellent, with several outstanding dishes such as the blue lobster, caviar with sea urchin, and of course, the deconstructed Black Forest cake. However, the pigeon for main didn't work for me, mainly because I'm really not a fan of pigeons.

Le Pan's signature starter is the oscietra caviar, with uni and botan shrimp beneath the layer of crustacean jelly, topped with a generous amount of oscietra caviar. It's a wonderful blend of the sea.

All in all, I think Le Pan's a good place for celebrations and it's worth a try!
