水餃竹笙清湯瀨粉 ($40)

一直以來對瀨粉的認知
只是透明,一條條,爽口彈牙的燒鵝瀨粉。
直至江南瀨粉的出現
原來瀨粉都是白色的
像米線一般較軟糯易入口

這次挑了清淡的清湯口味,
白白的湯底帶了少許魚香的味道
配上吸湯的竹笙和足料的水餃
味道不重,但也算可口

Rice noodle soup with dumplings and bamboo shoots - Jiangnam offers a different kind of laifun noodles other then the clear, chewy ones we often found with roasted meat. A light fish broth goes perfectly with Cantonese dumplings and bamboo shoots. It is delicious but won't cost a lot.
