The mushroom soup and the salad bar were ok, but the Boston lobster linguine was a bit of a disappointment. The asparagus and cabbage slices as well as the mushrooms not only failed to enhance the complexity of the dish, but they also greatly diluted the flavour of the lobster sauce. The chef really should have kept it simple and as Mr Robert Browning would say “less is more”.
