當日👨🏽同👧🏻係長沙灣道一落車就見到呢間拉麵店🍜
豚肉炸薯餅啱啱送到黎熱辣辣，好香口！食到成個薯餅都充滿住薯蓉，夾雜咗少少豚肉碎，感覺到真正嘅主角係薯仔😋
兩碗拉麵🍜都幾出色，不論係麵質、湯頭同配料都好好食，特別係黑蒜拉麵！湯底充滿住濃郁嘅香蒜味，又唔會特別咸，配埋有咬口嘅麵質超級夾！😋
叉燒半肥瘦，有輕輕炙燒過，食到脂肪溶係肉嘅香味👍🏻👍🏻全隻溏心蛋有濃厚嘅醬香果，保持住流心嘅質感！😍
唯一佢嘅蝦比較大隻，而且味道唔太突出，口感一般🤔
總括而言，呢間拉麵店絕對值得再嚟！

Located in Cheung Sha Wan Road in Sham Shui Po, Kuroiwa Ramen is super easy to reach!!
Out of our expectation, the quality of noodle, soup base and other ingredients were so good👍🏻, especially the Ramen with Black Garlic! The soup base was very rich and the garlic blended well in the broth, perfectly matched with the chewy noodle😋
As for the other side ingredients, they were all recommended. The soft-boiled eggs were indulged in a soy flavour while the grilled pork slices had a perfect layer of fat which melted in our mouths.🤤
