Cheesecake - Ecuador dark chocolate and potato, red fruit sorbet, lemongrass
Just couldn't wait to upload this pic, such decadent #darkchocolate and potato #cake! It's no typical cheesecake, it's exceptional. Raspberry sorbet quite sour but it goes well with chocolate cake. I sleep very well tonight. ☺️?
