"Lately, I had the chance to go back for a Thai buffet dinner at Thai kitchen at Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha , West Bay. They have a buffet every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, priced at 99 QR (beverage not included) or 199 QR for 5 beverages (including alcohol). I heard they have a new team of Thai chefs from Thailand. The variety of the buffet line was good, with a live papaya salad station and a noodles station where dishes were made to order freshly. We were very pleased with the food quality, variety, taste, and quantity. The papaya salad is a must-try, along with the fried chicken with fish sauce, fried fish basil, sukiyaki soup, and many other delicious Thai dishes that taste authentic, just like in Thailand. I will definitely go back again. Thank you, Thai Kitchen, to both the kitchen team and the service team. They do a fantastic job!"
