次次想食一蘭都要經得起排隊呢一關,因為一蘭係日本好出名,好多食客會慕名而來。今次人龍不是很長但都排左30分鐘,我地選擇了坐在自修室單人位。 點餐時,客人可以係點餐紙上根據自己的口味選擇湯的濃度、油膩度、是否需要香蒜、蔥、叉燒、秘製醬汁及麵的軟硬度。 我就選擇左全部都是普通及有叉燒的湯麵,店員會直接把麵從前面的空位送進,送餐完畢會把簾子拉下。 先試湯底,湯的部分很出色,香濃而不油膩,麵的軟硬程度適中,配上湯底及其秘製醬汁,雖有點濃味但令人食到停不了口。叉燒的部分分量不多,但也好食。 $100碗有點貴,但是值得的。
Finally went to the Ichiran in Hong Kong for the very first time. I have visited the one at Asakusa, Tokyo before and I think both the vibe of the restaurant and the taste of ramen are very similar. The tonkotsu ramen was delicious and filling. I also liked their special spicy paste.
