Jamie’s Italian, Tsim Sha Tsui

想試名廚Jamie Oliver的意大利餐廳好久，這天終於約到朋友試海港城分店 兩個人點了一個前菜一個意粉，主要感想是阿占美好鍾意食物原味，餐點吃起來非常清淡🤔 份量亦都有點少，就是CP值有點低的意思 意大利餐廳最重要的是意粉和pizza，這𥚃的意大利麵質感好好啊，咬起來有韌度，大概是新鮮手工意粉，適合喜歡咀嚼的人 #traveltobkk

There are two types of lunch that we can select, one is $98 and the other one is $148. Both of them comes with starter and main, and we can add extra $25for drink or $35 for dessert. Starter-Truffle beef carpaccio This starter is beautifully presented. The Prime Australian Beef is cut into thin slices, covered with chicory, House pickled mushroom & crispy shallots. The beef is really tender and with nice beef flavor, together with the fragrance of truffle , and rough texture of the green, it is simply delicious! I did not expect to get such quality of starter out of this lunch! I think the starter dishes itself already worth more than that! You should not miss it, or if you pick green salad or soup instead, you might be regret. The Jamie’s Italian burger This burger is very cute, it is freshly made and compact. The toasted homemade bun is really soft And spongy. The Prime beef patty is cooked well, remaining medium rare, roasted outside and red inside. The patty is not the best that I had, but it is rather meaty, and full of beef flavor. Together with the shiacciata piccante, aged cheddar, fresh Tomato, Lombardi peppers and the house special sauce, the overall flavor is rather satisfying and juicy. And the fries is pretty good. They are crispy and dry, not too greasy. Epic brownie +35 I love brownies, and this one is quite true to original American brownies. This brownie is really dense, and the chocolate flavor is really rich, together with chocolate sauce, salted caramel gelato , a sensation of hot and cool is just nice! And the caramel gelato is so creamy and smooth, balancing the rich chocolate flavor and the caramelized amaretti popcorn add some crispy texture to the dish. $35 is really worth to add, particularly nowadays the a piece of cake costs more than $30. Last time I don’t have a good experience to lunch here, but this time I do enjoy it a lot. #2019復活節

尖沙咀要搵位一點也不容易，一於去Jamie’s 碰碰運氣。這家店面積十分大，裝修滿有特色，而座位也十分舒適。今天試下意粉lunch set.$138 餐湯是tomato soup, 湯只是微暖唔夠熱。加上質地唔係咁creamy, 味道比較酸，飲到一半都放棄了。 Truffle tagliatelle 這個手造意粉十分新鮮，是鮮製的。意粉口感彈牙又煙韌，富有旦香，加埋香滑的忌廉汁，有陣陣松露香味，不錯！ Strawberry frozen yoghurt 這個frozen yoghurt 口感幼滑，冰感十足。味道酸酸的，很清新，奶味唔係咁突出。而士多埤梨是新鮮的士多啤梨，爽爽口感，味道比較酸，是幾健康的甜點。 整體而言，lunch set 的質量是ok。 #2018聖誕
