The menu provided lots of choices with great variety. Other than the set pasta and pizza, you could choose your own ingredients and combinations for a custom pasta or pizza. While it mainly sold pasta and pizza, appetisers and desserts were also included to make the meal more abundant. Surprisingly, for a shop located in Central and Festival Walk, most of the dishes charged less than $100! It was totally a bargain. Here came the appetizer. While most meat platter charged $150 up, the one here only costed us $78 with a generous portion of meat! flower The cured ham, which we both loved the most, was smooth and tender. The parma ham was tasteful, and the saltiness was acceptable. The salami was quite strong that it was better to accompany with the pita bread. Love the complimentary pita bread which was toasted but still soft inside, and slightly buttered. As a traditional Italian pasta, the lasagna was cooked to perfection. The lasagna sheets were soaked in sufficient Bechamel sauce and tomato meat sauce, which was very rich and tasteful. The cheese on top added value to its wonderful cheesiness and flavour. love The only thing we could pick on was the portion could be a bit more! While pesto sauce always goes with chicken fillet, I would like to try something new, but turned out to be less comparable than the traditional combination. The pesto sauce was similar to the authentic one that I tried in "Pasta on-the-go" in Venice, Italy. Don't think such quality of pesto sauce was found in elsewhere in Hong Kong, for its specific herbal flavour and richness. The homemade meatball was juicy and squishy. However, the shrimp was relatively tasteless. Even the meatball was of a good quality itself, coming with the pesto sauce didn't make a good combination. Finally, the fettuccine was cooked to al dente and not too soft, still that was something to be proud of as a pasta shop.
