留園雅敘是米芝蓮推介的上海菜,今天試下。 今天點了家常豆腐、燻魚,煎黄魚、腌篤鲜。 燻魚:味道ok ,味帶甜,仲有少少酒香,肉質可以。 家常豆腐:帶有宮保辛辣味,而肉片也幾惹味。但豆腐唔係最新鮮嗰種,質地比較硬身,一如傳統,而賣相同味道都一般。 煎黄鱼:魚有少少腥,加上煎得唔夠香脆,味道一般 腌篤鲜:湯味道一般但唔夠鲜美,只是普通而已 總結:水準非常一般,但可以一試。
