Late lunch - very tasty, mild spicy and delicious!
I am a super fan of fried minced pork & basil leaf with sun side up rice. This is not a popular choice for normal Vietnam food lovers but l always use this dish to define the ranking of the restaurant. Because this is a simple dish but unlike the pho noodles, the soup may distract the food taste if too strong.
So far, the taste of this dish is above average, mild spicy and tasty. The sun side up egg is nice. For sure, the smell and taste of cooked basil leaves are the highlight of this dish.
Next time, I will try the soup noodles.
