幸福小食 (幸福美食) specialises in Shanghai Wontons with a small twist in its formulae - the soup is made of local Dried Flounder 大地魚, since Shau Kei Wan was a fishing village. The soup is loved by my Japanese dining friend although it could be strongish and fishy if you are more used to pork and shark bone base soups. This hidden gem of a shop is part of the many small but famous eateries in this Foodie's destination in Shau Kei Wan!
