A friend has booked this Chinese restaurant 翠亨邨 as she said it’s always easy to made a lunch booking even a day before in this busy Central district. Their dim sum menu is quite limited and a bit over price. We have ordered a few dim sum and is tasted in general except the ‘Black and White Foie Gras Pastries 黑白天鵝酥‘,‘Trio Dumplings stuff with Black Truffle Paste, Pumpkin and Egg White 梅花三重餃’ which are pretty good and ‘Shunde Double layer Milk Custard 大良雙皮奶’ is smooth and not too sweet. Nice service as well.
