The steamed flower crab is certainly the most crabtivating dish at The Chairman! The flesh of the crab had such a clean and sweet scent to it, and the flat rice noodles had just the right texture - fresh and not too soggy. They soaked up the wine sauce really well, delicious!

Goji berries ice cream - Such a great idea to incorporate this traditional Chinese superfood into ice cream, it was a shame that it wasn't completely defrosted when served though
