Dim Sum Library

I had my doubts before visiting this restaurant as its name sounds like those dodgy Chinese restaurants in England, but the dim sums here are actually quite nice! You can't judge a book by its name! The char siu was made fancy with gold foil. The pork was moist and tender, wish that it was more flavourful though. The mango lava roll was wrapped with crispy almond flakes with warm mango custard in the middle, delicious!

食點心不一定係飲茶，飲酒都可以。太古廣場呢間中西crossover的點心店，點心都幾好食。黑蒜燒賣好紮實，海膽蟹肉春卷鮮味十足，不錯的新嘗試！

擔擔湯包 ($48) -Noms rating: 7.5/10- My first impression was - oh another gimmicky fusion dimsum place. Yet I was surprised at the general good quality of dim sum served. The xiaolong bao was filled with dandan soup base, if ur not careful it could be messy 🤣. There spicy taste is there, but the peanut tastee could have been stronger 😉
